How does it work?

  

Choose Your Engagement Level

There are three membership levels in the JotSpot Partner Program: Gold Certified Partner, Certified Partner, and Associate. The level you choose is determined by you or your organization’s level of expertise and the level of engagement you want with JotSpot. Organizations achieve advanced levels of membership by qualifying for partner specializations.

Determine which level best fits you or your organization based on your current qualifications. Each successive level also includes all the benefits from the previous level.

Associate Member

Associate Members are individuals or organizations with any level of expertise in JotSpot products who are interested in accessing resources and aligning themselves more closely with JotSpot. Any paying customer in good standing can become an Associate Member for free.

Certified Partner

Certified Partners demonstrate a high degree of competence in working with JotSpot technologies. At this level, JotSpot helps you succeed by offering priority listing in JotSpot directories, telephone-based access to JotSpot resources, the JotSpot Certified Partner brand, and more.

Gold Certified Partner

Gold Certified Partners demonstrate the highest degree of competence in working with JotSpot technologies. At this level you have the opportunity to build the closest working relationship with us, and receive additional benefits such as priority co-marketing, the JotSpot Gold Certified Partner brand, priority listing in JotSpot directories, and more.

1. Reach out and introduce yourself

Let us know you're interested and how to get in touch. We will follow up with a phone call.

2. Discuss your goals and become an Associate

We'll discuss how you can best partner with JotSpot. Once we find the right match, you become a JotSpot Associate, and get listed in the partner directory.

3. Get trained (based on specialization)

Some partners need training, while others come ready to start helping customers succeed. Our training depends on your specialization and previous experience.

4. Become a Partner

Once we've found the fit and you have completed any required training and pre-partner project work, you become a certified partner. Then we celebrate!
