"With this in mind, we designed JotBox to provide all the features of a hosted JotSpot wiki, but with the added administrative controls of a network appliance." JotBox enables all the features found on JotSpot's hosted service including Microsoft Word-style graphical editing, integration with existing email and instant messaging services for seamless communication and collaboration across large workgroups, and dozens of pre-packaged "wiki applications" including blogging, project management and recruiting tools. Software updates are delivered over the web to ensure the latest version of the product is always available. JotBox Availability/Pricing The JotBox is available on a limited basis for enterprise customers. Initial pricing includes unlimited wiki pages and unlimited users. Annual maintenance fees may apply.
