JOTSPOT UNVEILS NEW WIKI APPLIANCE FOR ENTERPRISE WORKGROUPS

Company Responds to Enterprise Customer Demands with "JotBox" Appliance

PALO ALTO, Calif., March 21, 2005 -- JotSpot, the first application wiki company, today announced "JotBox," a new enterprise appliance that offers all of the features of a JotSpot wiki, but resides behind a corporate firewall. The JotBox is designed to easily plug into existing corporate networks, offering a simple, no-hassle solution for enterprise workgroup needs. The appliance is available today in limited quantities.

"While most of our customers prefer the JotSpot hosted service, we understand that large businesses want total control over their corporate data," said Joe Kraus, CEO and co-founder, JotSpot. "With this in mind, we designed JotBox to provide all the features of a hosted JotSpot wiki, but with the added administrative controls of a network appliance."

JotBox enables all the features found on JotSpot's hosted service including Microsoft Word-style graphical editing, integration with existing email and instant messaging services for seamless communication and collaboration across large workgroups, and dozens of pre-packaged "wiki applications" including blogging, project management and recruiting tools. Software updates are delivered over the web to ensure the latest version of the product is always available.

JotBox Availability/Pricing The JotBox is available on a limited basis for enterprise customers. Initial pricing includes unlimited wiki pages and unlimited users. Annual maintenance fees may apply. Companies interested can receive more information by contacting sales@jot.com.
