Senior Java Developer (Palo Alto)

We're looking for great Java engineers. The formalities are...

• Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of high-performance, high-volume web applications.
• Candidate should be adept at both low-level implementation and high-level architecture
• Strong Java skills a must, including working knowledge of:
  • core libraries, servlets, servlet session management
  • a wide range of Java tools: Tomcat, Ant, other Jakarta projects
  • object-relational mapping, database interaction
  • web services (REST, SOAP)
  • design of multi-threaded applications
  • Familiarity with Eclipse a plus
• Must have experience with Linux
• Must have experience with Web standards: HTML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, XML, XPath
• Knowledge of other programming languages desired, particularly JVM scripting languages: Groovy, Jython, Rhino Javascript
